Peacock Granite (http://tanbrown.org)

I just saw this and (http://maplered.com) really would like it for my new kitchen. Are there any pros and (http://maplered.com) cons with this Granite (http://tanbrown.org) ? Is it very pourous? Stain easily? Does it have to be sealed more often then others? Is it prone to cracks? More fragile then others? I didn't see it on the "Black List".
And what does resin Stone (http://g603.net) mean? Are all Granite (http://tanbrown.org) s resin and (http://maplered.com) how can you tell?
